Dr Norton has:

Economic Development since 2005. - Visited Kuwait multiple times teaching seminars to Kuwaiti engineers and architects.
- Established credibility and a strong relationship with influential Kuwaiti business leaders.
- Enlisted the support of a Kuwaiti business partner to collaborate and jointly work for the benefit of Australia and Middle Eastern cultures.
